Founding Members
Committees
MHARBO offers many opportunities for personal, social and professional development to our members, volunteers and interns. The Committees operate as an extension of the Executive Board. They involve members in the development and delivery of our programs and services. They are also stakeholders in the decision-making to help address the needs of the community.
Joining a MHARBO’s Committee is a gateway where individuals can foster their leadership skills and abilities while contributing to the development of both the association and the Haitian-American community. For these reasons, MHARBO is seeking emerging leaders who are trailblazers, effective, proactive, compassionate and empathetic to join our groundbreaking efforts. Whether you are an introvert or extrovert, we are sure to have a Committee that fits your personality and interests?
